When are my boxes delivered?
If you live in Southern California, your first box will be delivered within 3-7 days depending on availability. If you live in Northern California, your first box will be delivered within 7-10 days. You'll be able to schedule your exact delivery date upon checkout. After your first box, new orders will be scheduled based on your delivery preferences and your delivery frequency. Plus, you can pause your membership at any time.
Do I need a medical rec to join?
No, you just need to be 21+ years old to join. If you're under 21, you'll need to be at least 18+ with a doctor's recommendation for medical cannabis to join. If you need a medical recommendation for cannabis, you can head over to nuggmd.com and speak with a doctor online.
Who delivers the box?
Our friendly delivery courier will deliver your box at the date and time you specify when scheduling your delivery.
Do I need to be home when my box arrives?
Yes, due to CA cannabis law you must be home at the time of delivery to sign for your box and present your identification. We make it super easy by giving you ample notice ahead of your planned delivery window. You'll receive a tracking link on the day of your delivery. If for some reason you can't make your delivery, just log in to your account, and you'll be able to delay or reschedule for a future date (we only ask that you do it as soon as you know you can't make it).
What happens if I'm not home when my box arrives?
We'll always give you ample notice to be able to reschedule before your delivery. If missed deliveries continue to happen, your account may be charged for a repeat delivery or be cancelled. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe this happened in error.
Will delivery be discreet?
Yes, drivers arrive in unmarked vehicles. However, our bags and Nugg Club Boxes are branded, and our delivery drivers wear uniforms so our customers can easily identify them.
Can I purchase more than one box?
At this time, our membership program is limited to one subscription per user.
What will be in my box?
In every Premium Box, you'll get 5-7 products at a $225+ value based on your preferences selected at checkout.
How do you select the products in the box?
The product curators have analyzed over 1 million product reviews to identify the best brands and products. All products undergo a rigorous review process. Curators individually test and score every product based on a number of factors to identify the best products for your box.
How do I schedule my delivery?
Easy peasy — head over to your profile and select your delivery window preferences. Once selected, we'll serve you the closest delivery days available based on your preferences. It's super simple :) Keep in mind that once you've scheduled your delivery, you can easily reschedule or delay it. To reschedule a delivery currently in progress, you can quickly do so from your homepage once logged in.
Are there any delivery fees?
The delivery cost is currently free but may be subject to change. Delivery is handled by friendly and professional drivers. Due to CA cannabis law, you must be present to sign for your Box when your delivery courier arrives with your order. You must also have your identification present to prove your identity and age.
Are taxes included in the purchase price?
No, taxes are not included in the purchase price. Taxes are added at checkout and can fluctuate based on your delivery area. Because we help you save big on cannabis, you also save BIG on CA cannabis taxes. You'll be able to see a breakdown of the entire price at checkout.
Can I choose the products in my box?
At this time, you cannot select the exact products for your box, but we do allow you to tell us your specific preferences regarding product & strain type! From there, our curation team will customize it for you. You'll also be able to choose specific products you want to purchase from our wholesale marketplace. We plan to allow deeper customization in the future, but right now, this is how we can drive down the overall cost and help you save big!
Can I add-on products to my box?
You sure can! Once you place your first order, you'll be able to access discounted products as add-ons for your subscription box, or you can place a separate order from our Marketplace to be delivered separately! Pick from items that you loved in previous boxes or try something new. Any Marketplace purchases will be billed separately from your box, and payment is captured at the time of purchase.
What if I don't love a product in my box?
If you are otherwise unhappy with any Product, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will do everything we can to make it right. We must receive notice within two (2) weeks of receiving your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). Due to cannabis regulations, refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Are your products licensed?
Nugg Club only works with licensed brands, manufacturers, distributors, and operators who pass all DCC compliance standards for delivering fresh, safe, clean, and effective products.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to Nugg Club or any Nugg Club brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products or are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt).
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of your Subscription renewal. This means that you must cancel before the billing date for your next Box. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Please note, future scheduled orders are not automatically cancelled. Once payment has processed, we will be unable to provide a refund. We will provide a credit to use on our online marketplace for the amount charged. If you wish to cancel any future dated orders before they are billed, please contact email@example.com to process the cancellation.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your Subscription, please head over to your Account details, and then click Manage Membership, and you'll be able to hit Cancel from there. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of members we can serve each month due to the curation and personalization we put into each box. If you choose to cancel your membership, you may not be able to reactivate immediately unless we have open membership spots available. In the event you cancel and want to re-activate, you will be re-positioned at the back of the line until we release new membership spots in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; we want to give everyone a chance to become a Nugg Club member.

How is Nugg Club following social distancing guidelines?
Our team is taking every possible precaution to help protect the drivers and our customers from Covid-19. To comply with the CDC, they will not be touching your photo ID. The driver will simply ask you to hold it so they can verify date or scan the card. They will not ask you to sign, the driver will ask if he or she can sign an "x" on your behalf to confirm that you received the delivery. They will place the package where you like it, outside or the inside doorway, based on your preference. All of the drivers will be using gloves and masks. We are taking sanitizing precautions in the curation process for each box. Employees are practicing social distancing, are provided gloves and mask to use while assembling boxes, and all production surfaces are being sanitized frequently.
What if I want to change the product preferences for my order?
You can easily switch around your product preferences from the Account section of your Membership page. From there, scroll down to Product Preferences to make changes to your box. Please keep in mind, any changes made after your cut-off date will automatically be applied to the following order. You can view the cut-off date to updating preferences from your profile.
Is the Nugg Club Box recyclable?
Yes! The Nugg Club Box is 100% recyclable. It’s made out of 80% recycled material and all of the ink used is soy-based and non-toxic.
How do I skip a month if I'm not ready for another Nugg Club Box?
You can click the "Manage Membership" link from your Account details to pause your order. You can also push out your order by rescheduling your delivery date. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support team over live chat or via email at email@example.com.
Why is the THC or CBD percentage different than what was listed on the Marketplace menu?
THC and CBD percentages can vary across individual production batches. Therefore, the number displayed is an accurate average for the batch shown. Refunds are not permitted based on percentage fluctuations.
Where does Nugg Club deliver?
In Southern California, we deliver to most of Los Angeles and Orange County, some areas of Ventura County, the Inland Empire, and San Diego County!
